Shipping Time
Once the order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to be shipped depending on the size of the order and our current order volume at the time of purchase. Once shipped, normal delivery will take anywhere from 3-6 business days to reach you if you reside in the USA. Please note that shipping delays are out of our control once shipped, and that we do not guarantee a delivery timeframe as a result.
Shipping Services
All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure a safe delivery.
Once a package has been marked as delivered, The SB Brand considers this purchase complete and in your possession. If the package is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe due to the shipper, please notify the shipping provider using your tracking number to receive updates and to open a case. The SB Brand is not responsible for any damage to the package at the hands of the shipper, or items that are lost or stolen once delivered. Please report any lost or damaged items to the shipping service carrier.
