SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Once the order is placed, it will take 2-3 business days to be shipped depending on the size of the order, and order volume at the time of purchase.

Once shipped, it will take anywhere from 2-4 business days to reach you if you reside in the USA.

SHIPPING SERVICES

All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure a safe delivery.

IOnce a package has been marked as delivered, The SB Brand considers this purchase complete and in your possession.

If the package is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe due to the shipper, The SB Brand will work with the shipping company to locate the package and its contents.

The SB Brand is not responsible for any damage to the package at the hands of the shipper.  Please report any lost or damaged items to the shipping service carrier.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The SB Brand has curated and created a collection of items that are different, unique, and highly sought after.

Everything is ordered in limited quantities and are first come first served without the promise of a restock.

As a result, ALL sales are final.

We encourage you to utilize the details of each product provided in the 'DESCRIPTION' portion of each listing.

We have done our due diligence to provide details such as sizing, fit, fabric contents, and anything else pertinent to the item that will help a buyer make an informed purchase free of Buyer's Remorse.

After you have read the details, and find that your question is not answered and you still need help, please utilize our chat function to ask any questions PRIOR to purchase, and send any questions to customerservice@thesbbrand.com before making a purchase.

Please note that questions sent via any other medium such as through social media messaging or in response to our text service will not be considered legitimate communication.

CANCELLATIONS

​

Cancellations of orders will be granted if requested within 1 hour of purchase if purchased during normal business hours.  Repetitive cancellations of orders will result in the inability to make future purchases from The SB Brand.  Please send any requests to cancel to customerservice@thesbbrand.com with your name and order number.

RETURNS IN THE EVENT ERROR

IIf you receive your order and find that there is an error made by The SB Brand, please contact us immediately at customerservice@thesbbrand with details and photos (if applicable) of the error.

We stand by the quality and service of our products and customers and would love to quickly resolve any issue.

​

*In the event that a return is approved due to our error, items must be shipped back within 3-5 business days unworn and unaltered in any way.  

If they are received and we find that this requirement has not been adhered to, the items will be returned to sender.
